The Universe Concept
Heart Reality is a science fiction universe narrated by Aura, a human who becomes hybridized with heart-technology from an alien race known as the Supreme Alien Race.
As the origin story of the COR.NXA Universe, Heart Reality introduces the core encounter between humanity and the alien unknown that shapes every timeline thereafter.
This heart tech has been abused on Earth. Multiple copies of Aura are being reproduced in cyberspace, creating glitches, data theft, and destabilization of futuristic realities across cities. As she travels along different paths and through different cities to uncover the origin of the problem, she also learns about her own origins.
She discovers that the heart is more than just a pump—it's a data processor that codes.

The Heart as a Little Brain
This heart concept is rooted in real science, where it has been proven that the heart is a "little brain", capable of communicating with the brain. Knowing the heart is scientifically more than just a pump makes it a more powerful anchor for the fiction—a heart that codes reality itself. Dr. Andrew J. Armor introduced this concept as early as 1991, and Dr. Claude Bernard is known as the first to discuss the relationship. This interesting historical fact aligns with parts of the fiction, though the story takes its own path beyond scientific rationale.
The fiction takes it further: in this universe, reality is driven by codes that pulse from the heart, not the brain. This creates a layer of logic for the concept of love, far beyond popular stories.

Aura's Journey Begins
Aura learns who she is and who the groups behind the corruption of heart technology are. She travels to different locations—from the dead and the wicked to cyber-futuristic realities to alien worlds. She meets some of her copies face-to-face as she confronts them. Multiple characters along the way help her or try to utilize her to gain access to the technology.

Born from Reality
This Heart Reality universe was inspired by a real person who works in health and science, and who beautifully captured the Halloween scene in Sleepy Hollow and NYC in 2022 while wearing a cybersuit and an LED heart-shaped face mask. This immersive experience felt like stepping back in time. This narrative represents years of crafting worldbuilding from real-life experiences—a deeply personal project rooted in lived reality, not borrowed concepts.
